Are you detail-driven, organised, and passionate about maintaining high stock accuracy? We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Stock Controller to join our dynamic Operations team. In this vital role, you’ll be the backbone of our inventory integrity-ensuring our stock records are spot-on, solving discrepancies with confidence, and working closely with teams across the business to keep everything flowing smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you!Shift pattern: Rotating 6-2/2-10 shiftsAs part of the team, you’ll:

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of stock data through routine and ad-hoc quality control (QC) checks
• Execute daily QC schedules, including ad-hoc and focus checks, with clear feedback loops
• Participate actively in the 30-day perpetual inventory (PI) cycle and conduct unscheduled stock checks as required
• Manage and process stock putbacks daily, ensuring triage and completion within service level agreements
• Handle stock investigations and resolve tickets in a prompt and thorough manner
• Conduct root cause analyses for QC and stock discrepancies, providing clear documentation and narrative to support identified exceptions
• Communicate relevant stock-related feedback effectively to operational teams
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external stakeholders, promoting a cooperative and solutions-focused environment
