An established facilities maintenance company are looking to expand on their division by hiring a permanent AC engineer to work on a static site in Dunstable. You will receive a generous salary and package, as well as progression opportunity and job satisfaction.Benefits

Requirements

• Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems
• F Gas
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Able to participate in an on-call rota

Day-to-day duties:

• Planned maintenance, reactive maintenance
• Breakdowns and repairs
• Minor installation / Project work
• Carrying out paperwork required (log books, RAMS, permit to work, etc.)
• Over seeing subcontractors
• Systems include:

• Manufacturers: Carrier, Daikin, Trane, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Hitachi, and McQuay
• Splits/multi-splits: filter changes, condenser changes, re-gassing
• VRV/VAV/VRF: filter changes, condenser changes, re-gassing
• Close control units (Denco/Liebert) within computer rooms, communications rooms, or data centers
• Versatemp units
• DX Units
• Chillers: condenser changes, re-gassing
• Ammonia Plant
• Gland Packing
• Heat Pumps
