Une journée dans votre vie chez MKS :En tant que stagiaire au sein de l’équipe Product Management & Applications de MKS France, vous travaillerez en partenariat avec le marketing, la R&D, la gestion de projet et la qualité afin de redéfinir les processus utilisés pour définir, développer et lancer de nouveaux produits.A ce titre, vous serez rattaché(e) au Directeur Product Management & Applications.Vous aurez un impact en :
– En interagissant avec les équipes et les différents responsables pour comprendre le mode de travail actuel
– Analysant les écarts avec les processus actuels décrits
– Proposer des processus mis à jour et les inclure dans le QMS (Quality Management System) en relation avec le directeur de la qualité.Compétences requises :
– Dernière année de master, d’école d’ingénieur ou de commerce souhaitant se spécialiser en design organisationnel.
– Fort esprit d’organisation
– Curiosité à l’égard des processus d’introduction de nouveaux produits.– Bonne capacité de communication et de travail en équipe
– Bon niveau d’anglais (échanges possibles à l’international)Compétences souhaitées : (facultatif)
