Voici un aperçu de ce qui vous attend !Ouvrir un hôtel est une grande aventure surtout lorsque celui-ci a une belle histoire à raconter dans sa Rive Gauche de toujours.RESUME DU POSTE :La / le Coordinateur Banquets assiste de Directeur des Banquets et Centre de Conférence dans toutes les tâches administratives et le suivi des évènements.MISSIONS:

• Assistance administrative sur les tâches RH ( Gestion des plannings de l’équipe, suivi des formations, visites médicales, etc.);
• Assistance sur le suivi des feuilles de fonction : Collecter, classer et mettre à jour;
• Participation, prise de notes et compte-rendu lors des réunions internes et “pre-convention meetings”;
• Assistance pour la prise de devis, suivi des livraisons à destination du centre de conférence;
• Assurer la transmission des informations internes.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ:

• Sens de la discrétion et intégrité;
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office Microsoft, PMS Opéra);
• Compétences organisationnelles;
• Anglais professionnel exigé.
