In April 2021, Finance Active joined Altus Group, a leading provider of asset and fund information for commercial real estate.Sous la responsabilité d’un Consultant(e), le Stagiaire est passionné par la finance et les modalités des infrastructures publiques françaises. Au sein de notre Direction ‘Secteur public & Institutionnels’, vous rejoignez l’une de nos équipes de consultants (collectivités locales, santé, habitat social, institutionnels), dont le rôle est de garantir un conseil indépendant et un accompagnement personnalisé des décideurs financiers dans la gestion de leurs dettes et de leur trésorerie, ainsi que dans l’élaboration de leur stratégie financière.Accompagné par un consultant, vous vous imprégnez des différentes problématiques gérées par les consultants.Responsabilités principales :

• Contrôler et valider des bases de données clients en lien avec le back-office.
• Suivre et valider les contacts clients.
• Participer aux événements Finance active.
• Analyser les portefeuilles de dette pour la rédaction des audits.
• Réaliser les supports de visite (caractéristiques de la dette et leviers d’action possibles).
• Valoriser les produits financiers.
• Suivre l’environnement économique sur les marchés de taux.
• Rédiger les cahiers des charges pour les appels d’offres de financement ou placement.
• Analyser et valoriser les propositions bancaires reçues par les clients en réponse aux appels d’offres.

Compétences principales :

• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’actualité économique et financière, ainsi que les problématiques du secteur public (pilotage financier des collectivités dans un contexte de baisse des dotations, identification des leviers d’actions, …).
• Vous possédez des qualités rédactionnelles avérées et faîtes preuve d’initiatives. Vous aspirez à vous engager sur un métier de conseil à forte valeur ajoutée dans lequel vous pourrez renforcer votre technicité sur l’analyse financière et développer ou renforcer vos compétences en gestion de la dette.
• De formation supérieure en finance, le secteur public (Master 1 ou Master 2) ou dans un domaine relatif, vous souhaitez réaliser votre stage de fin d’études ou de césure sur des missions enrichissantes et valorisantes, pouvant mener à une embauche.
• Type contrat : stage à temps plein de 6 mois.
• Localisé à Paris, France et travail présentiel Indemnisation : selon niveau d’études et durée du stage.
