Nous intervenons sur toutes les catégories d’actifs, à l’unité ou en portefeuille, de l’hôtellerie économique à l’hôtellerie de luxe, dans des destinations urbaines ou touristiques.Les équipes sont spécialisées en transaction, en fusions et acquisitions, en conseils et montages financiers, en conseil en stratégie de développement, en sélection d’opérateurs et négociation de contrats, en évaluations et expertises, en Asset Management, en recherches et investigations sur le marché de l’immobilier hôtelier.Vos missions :Rattaché(e) à un consultant expérimenté du département Transaction Hôtelière en France, vous participerez à l’ensemble de leurs missions :

• Implication dans toutes les étapes du processus de transaction hôtelière en France et en Europe
• Modélisation financière et étude de marché
• Création de brochure d’investissement, propositions clients et autres documents liés aux transactions
• Participation aux réunions clients
• Collaboration avec les autres équipes transverses de JLL

Ce que nous recherchons :

• Étudiant(e) en master en commerce, finance, immobilier ou hôtellerie
• Solides compétences en modélisation financière
• Connaissance du secteur hôtelier et de ses enjeux – une expérience opérationnelle est un plus
• Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
• Qualités rédactionnelles et excellente communication orale en français et en anglais
• Motivation, rigueur, autonomie et goût du travail en équipe

• Expand your knowledge of the real estate sector and diverse markets by collaborating with the Capital Markets team and counterparts across EMEA

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s student in business, finance, real estate, or hospitality management
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and research skills
• Keen interest in the hospitality sector; prior experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and ability to adapt quickly in our fast-evolving industry
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and team spirit
• Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
