Expected to be in the respective office (London, Amsterdam, Berlin or Munich) at least once a week. #LI-Hybrid.About the Role:The EMEA Field Enablement team ensures the Go-To Market organisation (Sales, Field Engineering & Professional Services) has the processes, skills and technical capabilities required to engage with our customers across the journey.In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership to enhance the skills necessary to operationalize and execute learner effectiveness in the field. You will lead cross-functional enablement sessions while leveraging strong programme management skills to look at the business holistically. You will utilise your strategic mindset to adapt and evolve priorities and drive performance and productivity, resulting in the strong cultivation of relationships across the internal technical community. The ideal candidate brings expertise in technical field enablement and adult learning principles, coupled with an understanding of a consumption-based sales motion and a genuine passion for Data and AI technologies.You will report to the Global Director of Technical Enablement for Field Engineering.The impact you will have:
