• Manage customer invoicing processes and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on payments and resolve collection issues.
• Act as a liaison for order processing, including invoicing and shipping.
• Assist with monthly financial closings and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support RMA processes for customer returns and related accounting tasks.
• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ADHOC tasks.
• Monitor and process employee expense reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Implement technology tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with export regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in multi-location environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and ERP systems (Epicor/Kinetic or SAP) is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
