So let’s win together.Job DescriptionAs a Security Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting with the safety and security of people and property within the Stadium.Reporting to the Safety and Compliance Manager you will be part of the Security and Compliance Team, who will be a point of contact in the event of any emergency or security incidents that occur on site during the events and race meetings. The protection of our colleagues, customers and visitors is at the core of this role.What you will do

• Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the Security team.
• Assist in planning and managing security operations for specific events in partnership with the Safety & Compliance Manager.
• Provide clear direction to Security staff, ensuring they are properly equipped, dressed in appropriate uniform, and possess ID.
• Secure the Stadium in accordance with Stadium regulations.
• Keep up to date with Health & Safety and Compliance issues and report any concerns to the Security Supervisor.
• Report security breaches to the Safety & Compliance Officer.
• Ensure that statutory and licensable activities within the Stadium are conducted in accordance with any relevant and applicable licensing conditions and licensing objectives.
• Report accidents, incidents and near misses to the Safety Management centre.
• Carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Safety & Compliance Officer.

Qualifications

• Do you have a SIA Certification?
• Are you confident in dealing with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner?
• Are you passionate for delivering great customer service?
• You must be a decisive decision maker – able to deal with multiple issues without losing focus on our aim of keeping spectators, visitors and colleagues safe.
• Do you have experience in training, communication, and stakeholder management?
• Do you have previous experience in a similar environment?
