We are seeking a skilled SR Recruiter to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role is integral to our clients team, with a focus on identifying and screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining relationships with diverse educational institutions. You will also be involved in enhancing our brand image on multiple platforms and ensuring that our recruitment processes are inclusive and equitable.Responsibilities:

• Identification and screening of potential candidates for current vacancies.
• Coordination and scheduling of interviews with hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
• Posting of job advertisements on various job boards.
• Conduct regular HR planning to meet hiring needs.
• Maintenance and fostering of relationships with career departments in post-secondary schools.
• Enhancement of company branding through recruitment-focused platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Completion of background checks for new hires and reference checks as necessary.
• Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date human resources information and related records systems.
• Assistance in ensuring employee file and sign-off requirements are accurate and current.
• Facilitation of on-site tours for school students or job seekers when necessary.
• Active practice of diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordination of employee engagement programs such as team-building days, staff events, and wellness activities.
• Development, maintenance, and reporting on recruiting KPIs.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Compliance with all rules and policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
• Undertaking other duties as assigned.

• Must hold a minimum of five years of experience in a recruitment role.
• Proficient in using ADP Enterprise.
• Previous experience ideally in both manufacturing corporate and Agency
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and managing contracts.
• Knowledge of effective employment branding strategies.
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration.
• Proven track record in conducting successful interviews.
• Expertise in recruiting a diverse range of roles, including hourly positions.
• Experience in recruitment sourcing is essential.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with all levels of staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
