You will be responsible for managing various account activities aligned to creating, managing, and renewing Microsoft quotes and contracts. You will also serve as initial point of contact for daily customer requests on existing Microsoft contracts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You should also have a foundational understanding of Microsoft products and services; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What you will do:Submit and manage Salesforce cases for common quote, order, and contract activitiesSupport CSP contract requests including contract creation, product increases and product decreasesAssist customers with access to product keys, portal support, providing documentation after the customer has purchased licensesHandle daily customer requests on existing Microsoft contracts and provide timely and accurate responsesCoordinate with the sales team to provide information and documentation for Microsoft products and servicesProvide administrative support to Microsoft Category specialists and sales teams as neededMaintain records and files of sales activities and transactionsStays updated on the latest Microsoft products and services and contributes best practices and process improvement to a center of excellenceWhat you will bring to the table:5+ years of experience as a sales administrator or coordinator, including experience within the IT industryAt least two years experience with Microsoft licensing models and agreements, such as Enterprise Agreement, Cloud Solution Provider, and Microsoft Customer AgreementStrong knowledge of Microsoft operational tools including the Volume Licensing Service Center, Microsoft Admin Center, and Microsoft Partner CenterCertified as a Microsoft Partner-Commercial Executive (P-CE)Experience with Microsoft products and services, such as Azure, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Windows 10Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookSkilled in communication, organization, and problem-solvingAbility to handle complex customer inquiries and issues within Enterprise or Public Sector customer effectively and professionallyAble to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team and other departments, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
