Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision.Job DescriptionYour CareerOur EMEA region is growing at an incredible rate, increasing in size and scope to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business. To support this growth, we are hiring a Manager who will lead our EMEA HR Operations team through the delivery of a wide range of critical HR services in support of employees and managers in approximately 50 countries.The EMEA Manager of HR Operations will lead and inspire an international team of HR specialists who provide an exceptional experience to employees and managers by meeting their HR needs while simultaneously supporting the team to continuously improve processes and the team’s HR knowledge such that the team can scale with company growth. This role requires strong managerial experience, a commitment to coaching and developing others, superior organizational skills, strong stakeholder and change management, and ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests.Absolutely essential to this role is having managed others in an HR Operations role and having applied extensive experience in working with HR programs (incl. employee lifecycle) and understanding HR laws & regulations across multiple EMEA countries.To be successful in this role, you must be able to complete tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, strategically approach complex problems, and you should be comfortable with managing multiple, complex projects in parallel.You will be part of the EMEA people team and HR Global Operations team, reporting to the Director of HR Connect.Your ImpactInspire the EMEA HR Operations team to deliver projects and process improvement that enhance, streamline and simplify employee and manager experiences throughout EMEA.Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the EMEA HR Operations Team across areas including offboarding, employee data changes, compliance, employee lifecycle programs (performance management, compensation planning), leaves (PTO, sick leave, LOAs), time tracking and more.Work closely with the other regional HR Ops teams, EMEA People Business Partners and other key stakeholders such as legal, finance, payroll, compensation & benefits, HRIS, and vendors.Continuously seek ways to improve the processes that are in place – looking to disrupt the tech, processes, current ways of working and procedures to optimize our service delivery and enhance the employee experience.
