Job DescriptionThe Global Learning & Development (GL&D) organization has an opening for a Sr. Associate, Administrative Services who will be responsible for supporting The Human Health, Global Learning & Development and a team of learning professionals focused on aligning learning solutions to business success. This role is critical to the success of the Global Learning & Development team and the individual selected must have the ability to build and manage relationships in a cross-functional, matrix organization and be able to prioritize and complete deliverables across various stakeholders. The position will also require strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, be comfortable with multi-tasking on diverse responsibilities, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.The primary activities include and are not limited to the following:Manage schedules, correspondence, and meeting setupManage SAP processing including expense reports, purchase orders and payment requests and vendor add formsManaging scheduling of complex travel arrangements including multi-leg domestic and international travel including processing of Visas/PassportsEffectively and professionally liaise with both internal and external partnersIdentify and improve/standardize process execution for routine learning-related activitiesManage team sites, electronic files, and other data in a systematic way for enduring usePartner across the Global Learning & Development organization to ensure Global Learning & Development team needs are metComplete various work assignments requiring independent judgment, creativity and problem-solving skillsProvide support to the Global Learning & Development team on organizational restructuring and realignment activitiesAppropriately build and manage relationships to achieve outcomes consistent with Global Learning & Development Operating Model responsibilities and scope; may be asked to join Learning & Development networks to represent team or divisionAdhere to all compliance and policy requirements of Human Resources and the companySupport other routine or ad hoc tasks and projects as assignedEducation:Required: High School DiplomaPreferred: Bachelor’s degree, Advanced education or certification such as Professional in Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional CertificationExperience:Minimum of (8) years Administrative Assistant experience, including support of senior leaders.Required:Self-starter whose work priorities and activities are reviewed with little supervisionStrong organizational, prioritization and time management skillsStrong communication skills at a level to effectively interact with our company’s executives, managers, employees and external stakeholdersAbility to problem solve through investigation and solution identificationAdvanced skill set in Microsoft applicationsProficient with or ability to learn and utilize HR systems, including Workday, to complete routine and ad hoc assignmentsPreferred:Project management experienceSAP or business systems processing experience for expense reports, purchase orders and payment requests; capability to run reports within SAP systemCurrent Employees applyCurrent Contingent Workers applyUS and Puerto Rico Residents Only:Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.
