Applicants must maintain our established sleeping and daily routines, ensuring consistency in developmental growth. Candidates should stimulate engagement during educational and outdoor activities, regardless of weather.This part-time role (11 hrs/ week) will become full time (22+ hrs/ week) in the new year. Duties include chauffeuring my child to daycare and pick up, in your own vehicle (car seat provided), maintaining a clean home and kitchen, and assisting with pre-prepared meals.Requirements include a valid driver’s license, a personal car, and comfort driving with a child. Must accept occasional travel with my child and in-home camera surveillance.Set hours are Wednesday and Thursday mornings and afternoons, split from 6:30AM–8:30AM and 11:15AM–3:45PM. Occasionally, full-day coverage is required when daycare is closed, plenty of notice will be given for this. The schedule will transition to four days a week (Monday-Thursday) in the new year. A long-term commitment until my child starts Preschool in September 2025 is preferred. Longer term until kindergarten in 2026 is possible.This position is not just a job but a chance to positively shape a young child’s development.
