Closing Date: 14/04/2025A well-regarded further education college in Surrey is seeking a dedicated and qualified SpLD Tutor & Exams Access Arrangement Assessor to join their dynamic Additional Learning Support team.This is a highly student-focused role, ideal for a professional with a strong background in Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly in supporting learners with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD). The successful applicant will play a key role in empowering students to become confident, independent learners while ensuring that all exam access arrangements are fully compliant with JCQ and awarding body guidelines.Key Requirements:Level 7 qualification in SpLD Assessment or a recognised Exam Access Arrangements qualificationA teaching qualification at Level 4 or aboveIn-depth knowledge of access arrangements and reasonable adjustmentsProven experience working with learners with additional needsExcellent organisational skills and high levels of motivationA degree or equivalent qualificationThe college offers a modern, inclusive environment with state-of-the-art facilities.
