This position is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations. This role will partner across Strategy & Operations to deliver a robust, transparent governance process and documentation approach for Global TA. This position is crucial in aligning our recruitment processes with legal and regulatory standards, enhancing our compliance framework while driving continuous improvement in our TA practices for operational excellence.Role

  • In partnership with Strategy & Operations Team, deliver clear controls to support global audits, providing the necessary documentation, reports, and supporting resources.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and corporate standards. Regularly review and update these policies to reflect legislative changes and industry best practices. Prepare and continually update a comprehensive talent acquisition compliance playbook, detailing all compliance procedures, audit protocols, and best practices.
  • Leverage your process orientation and attention to detail to optimize the GTA team governance, including audit management, documentation, and process mapping across our different locations globally. Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations at local, national, and international levels.
  • Design and deliver training for talent acquisition team members on compliance-related topics and best practices. Ensure continuous learning to keep the team updated on new regulations and compliance strategies.
  • Partner with Legal to ensure complicated matters are handled consistently with internal policy and external law.
  • Assist in data collection and knowledge transfer for all audits, including OFCCP, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), etc.
  • Support monthly internal data quality audits in Workday to support candidate experience, operational excellence, and compliance.

About You

  • Have a passion for enabling best in class operations
  • Strong capability in project management, compliance, and change management
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail; proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and data visualization tools (e.g., Workday, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with peers, teams, and stakeholders across HR and the organization.
