Please see below for a detailed job description for the role.Main duties of the jobWe have an exciting opportunity to recruit an HCPC registered dietitian into our Band 6 rotational programme in our acute adult dietetic team.This post is suited to applicants who are keen to gain or develop experience in an acute teaching hospital setting. Our programme includes 7 annual rotations. The current vacancy in the oncology rotation, covering oncology inpatient wards, outpatient clinics and chemotherapy/radiotherapy patients.Attached you will find the person specification document which provides more detail about the essential and desirable skills and experience needed for this role. The successful post holder will join our Band 6 rotational programme, working as a key member in the relevant team and alongside senior dietitians to gain an in-depth knowledge of the following specialities:1. Gastroenterology2. General surgery3. Specialist medicine (acute admission unit, emergency and specialist medicine)4. Oncology5. Hepato-pancreatico-biliary (HPB) surgery and oncology6. High dependency (cardiac/respiratory) and critical care7.
