Salary: £35,000 plus service charge/ tronc/ tips

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Sous Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
