  • Licensed Psychiatric Technician Friday-Monday 6:30am – 2:30pm
  • Licensed Psychiatric Technician Friday-Saturday 2:30pm – 10:30pm
  • Lead Licensed Psychiatric Technician Sunday – Thursday 10:30pm – 6:30am
  • Licensed Psychiatric Technician Per Diem
  • Registered Behavior Technician Sunday – Monday 2:30pm – 10:30pm
  • Registered Behavior Technician Sunday – Monday 10:30pm – 6:30am
  • Registered Behavior Technician Friday – Monday 6:30am – 2:30pm
  • Registered Behavior Technician Friday – Monday 2:30pm – 10:30pm

Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)Primary Function

  • The Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) perform general nursing procedures, behavior management, direct care and training as dictated by the individuals’ health and behavioral care needs.
  • Performs nursing procedures as authorized within the scope of practice.
  • Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team and contributes to the development of the Individual Support Plan.
  • The LVN/LPT may function as lead staff on the shift and may oversee DSPs and/or CNAs.
  • Responsible for providing active programming at all times.
  • Responsible for adherence to standards, procedures and schedules established by their supervisor.
  • Responsible for ensuring that any suspicion of or knowledge of suspected abuse is reported in accordance with the law and program policies “Mandated Reporter” (SOC 341).

Requirements

  • Valid California driver’s license and acceptable driving history
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Possess and maintain a valid, active license from the State of California to practice as a Licensed Psychiatric Technician
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Human Services field preferred

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Primary Function

  • Provide assistance and supervise residents in activities of daily living.
  • Responsible for adhering to and documenting an individual’s program as directed by the Program Administrator, RN House Manager or licensed staff in charge.
  • Responsible for providing active programming at all times.
  • Responsible for adherence to standards, procedures and schedules established by their supervisor.
  • Functions are consistent with certified nurse’s aide regulations.
  • Responsible for ensuring that any suspicion of or knowledge of suspected abuse is reported in accordance with the law and program policies “Mandated Reporter” (SOC 341).

Requirements

  • Valid California driver’s license and acceptable driving history
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Successful completion of all trainings as required by applicable regulations
  • One year experience working in a program serving persons with developmental disabilities preferred
