Job DescriptionJob ID#:4544Job Category:Information TechnologyWe are seeking a Solutioning Development Coordinator to join our client’s team near Saratoga Springs, NY! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the ticket queue of requests from the Sales team for proposals. You’ll work closely with the Solutions Manager and technical team to create high-quality proposals that meet customer needs and align with business objectives. This position also involves handling complex responses, including RFPs, and participating in customer requirements gathering and vendor research.Responsibilities of the Solutioning Development Coordinator will include:

• Oversee and prioritize the ticket queue of sales requests for proposals, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Solutions and the technical team to develop and deliver proposals that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Participate in customer meetings to gather requirements and understand business goals and challenges.
• Research and evaluate vendors, products, and solutions to provide the best fit for customer requirements and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive proposal documents, including Executive Summaries, Scopes of Work, Deliverables, and Assumptions.
• Drive and manage the RFP response process, including coordinating deliverables, managing timelines, and preparing final documents.
• Develop pricing strategies for proposals in collaboration with the Manager of Solutions Development.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables across the organization.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the service catalog to provide informed solutions and recommendations.
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team and customers to clarify and demonstrate proposed solutions.

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Solutioning Development Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
