In return, we’ll provide a nurturing environment where you can be a part of something special.About the roleThis position is responsible for solution delivery, analysis, and interpretation of data to assist the customer in rapid decision making and optimization of their planning process . The solution delivery is through a variety of activities, including design, data analytics, configuration , deployment, and knowledge management.The role would be responsible for participating in requirement and design sessions with the customer; analyzing areas for improvement; analyzing data to provide decision support information; preparing a business impact case study; working with onshore and offshore teams to configure the solution, and finally creating the test-cases to ensure the solution works as per the design.What you’ll do for us…

• Lead the entire project lifecycle, from mobilization to deployment, for customers across industries and geographies.
• Lead the blueprinting sessions and publish the business requirements along with key design decisions and data dependencies
• Publish the details of how the business workflow will be enabled by the platform
• Plan and execute the build activities of the project team to deliver the client requirements in an efficient manner
• Evaluate trade offs from both a functional and technical standpoint to ultimately deliver a performant and usable solution in a timely manner
• Support Project Management effort by planning for and sizing the project scope in terms of efforts, timelines etc.
• Support the sprint demos, reviews, backlog management, end user feedback incorporation through the course of the program
• Steer the deployment activities like training, testing to rollout the solution for the end users
• Communicate with internal cross functional teams (platform, dev ops, product), to resolve any constraints or issues

What you’ll have…

• 8+ years of experience working in the planning domain
• Advancedexpertise in one or more of the following areas: Demand Planning, IBP, Planning, Order Fulfillment, Allocation Planning, Master Planning, Deployment Planning, Supplier Collaboration, Commercial Planning, Merchandise Planning, Assortment Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment, Allocation
• Experience in a planning solution deployment w.r.t to business requirement determination, solution and process design decisions, best practices prescription and value delivery
• Experience using agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementations
• Experience in identifying and effectively communicating best practice approaches to business problems in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones
