We are seeking a Software Application Specialist to join our clients team in Albany, NY.Responsibilities of the Software Application Specialist will include:

• Build applications, reports, and scripts to enhance the functionality of the EHR system.
• Develop and execute test scenarios to verify the functionality and performance of applications, reports, and scripts, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions to empower end-users with the knowledge to use the system effectively.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users by addressing issues and managing requests through a ticketing system.

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Software Application Specialist:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience.
• Solid understanding of software applications and databases.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse users and stakeholders.
