We ensure a fully supported introduction to employment, competitive pay, rewards, and benefits.Our Mental Health and Substance Misuse team is based in Hastings and our roles offer a hybrid working style, successfully combining office and home working, community visits and allowing you protected focus time. We are happy to consider your needs and can offer either part-time or full-time hours.We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate core social work values, ensuring social justice, demonstrating the importance of valuing a person’s dignity, worth and focusing on their strengths. Candidates must also:

• Be a registered Social Worker.
• Be able to anticipate, assess, manage, and address risks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of appropriate legal and policy frameworks.
• Have experience of completing complex assessments.
• Have knowledge of psychological development, systemic approaches, and interventions.
