This strategic acquisition broadens our product range and enables us to better meet our customers’ needs while strengthening our expertise.If you want to work in a fast-growing, innovative environment and play a key role in our customers’ digital transformation, EASYVISTA offers you the opportunity to join a growing team where every contribution counts.Join us and be part of this exciting adventure!Job DescriptionLocation : SPAIN/ ITALY/ PORTUGAL or UK (remote available)We are seeking a Social Media Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in managing corporate social media accounts.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.He/She should have strong copywriting skills and be comfortable working in an international environment.Main responsabilities will be :

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, X and other relevant platforms (Reddit experience is a plus).
  • Create content, including posts, articles, and ideas for visual assets (such as carousels, videos, and images) in collaboration with the graphic team, to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on social media KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in our social media approach.
  • Manage and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner and fostering conversations across channels to build relationships and enhance engagement.
  • Support the management of paid social media campaigns (experience in advertising is a plus).

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the global marketing team by contributing to a variety of international campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal teams to tailor content and messaging for different audiences.
  • (Optional) Write blog content to support content marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in B2B or tech-related industries.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, X and other social media platforms (Reddit experience is a plus).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish/ Portuguese/ Italian/ German/ French (additional languages are a plus)
