Together, we can make a dent in the universe bigger than ourselves.We have a fantastic opportunity for Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team.As a Social Media Specialist, you will help manage and grow Matillion’s online presence across various platforms while engaging with our dynamic, global technical community. You’ll create thought-leadership content and implement cutting-edge social media strategies to enhance our brand and connect with our technical audience on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and Stack Overflow.What you will be doing

• Social Media Strategy & Engagement: Execute creative social media strategies to grow and enhance the engagement of our technical community.
• Content Creation: Design and deliver engaging posts, videos, and campaigns tailored to engage directly with our technical audience.
• Campaign Management & Reporting: Plan and run social media campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimise content using data insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the wider marketing team to maintain and grow and protect our global brand reputation.

What we are looking for

• You’ll have proven expertise in managing social media for a technology focused company or brand. This will include content creation, copywriting, and analytics. Proficiency using social media platforms, tools (e.g., Hootsuite), with an understanding of SEO principles and platform algorithms.
• You’ll have a passion for technology with an ability to engage with and invigorate online technical audiences.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and the ability to align content with brand voice.
• You have strong organisational skills, and can manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

At Matillion, we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level and country. This role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is £34,280 – £51,420. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
