You will play a pivotal role in developing our business in the region, strengthening our network, and delivering measurable results over the short, medium, and long term.👉 Your future missionsWith the help of our GTM factory, build deploy and execute on Skaleet GTM in the baltics:Business and relationship development

• Identify and reach out to prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and present our solution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners to leverage the network and create opportunities building strong and close relationships with them.

Sales

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of relevant prospects.
• Present and promote the Skaleet solution to key decision-makers to strengthen our presence in the Baltic market.
• Manage negotiations and successfully close commercial contracts.

Strategy and Growth

• Define and implement the development strategy for the region to achieve growth objectives.
• Establish a clear roadmap to penetrate and solidify Skaleet’s presence in the Baltic market.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships to accelerate business development.

Market and Competitive Intelligence

• Conduct active market monitoring to track economic, technological, and competitive developments in the region

Performance Management

• Produce regular reports on progress, successes, and challenges encountered.
• Optimize commercial processes to ensure operational efficiency in the region.

[Desired Profile]✨ You are a great match if :

• Location: Based in Vilnius.
• Education: Master’s degree from a top-tier business school.
• In-depth knowledge of the Core Banking ecosystem or banking IT software in the Baltic region; you are a recognized expert in the field.
• You are well-known in the industry and the region and have a strong, actionable network.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a fintech or a bank.
• Languages: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams; an excellent team player.
• You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the dynamic energy of scale-ups.
• Strategic planning and execution skills.
• You have a previous experience in an international or European setting.

• A meeting in our offices with key members of our GTM factory (60’).
• A practical case presentation with key members of our GTM factory (60’).
