We’re hiring talented individuals to join our team as Site Supervisor!Due to high demand, a set of Schools based in Rufford, L40. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee the maintenance and security of our school facilities.As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the school premises are safe, well-maintained, and conducive to learning. You will lead a team of caretakers and work closely with school leadership to manage site operations effectively.Job Title: Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily maintenance and cleanliness of school buildings and grounds.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors as necessary.
- Manage the site team, providing training and support to ensure high standards of service.
- Monitor security systems and protocols, ensuring the safety of students and staff.
- Assist with the organization and setup of school events and activities.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in site management, facilities management, or a similar role is essential.
- Strong practical skills in maintenance and repair work.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
