Department: OperationsStrong Group are acting on behalf of a client who is a specialist hire company with a unique consultative approach. We urgently require a Site Projects Engineer to join our client’s growing operations team, responsible for delivering site-based customer projects across various engagement levels.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver site-based customer projects, ensuring performance aligns with QCDP KPIs.
  • Take a lead role in a cohesive working team, engaging stakeholders appropriately.
  • Support the sales process and conduct site surveys as required.
  • Identify and mitigate site risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in delivering small to medium-sized projects in construction, building services, or a similar industrial environment.
  • Experience in a technical setting; knowledge of LEV or HVAC systems is desirable.
  • Understanding of occupational health and hazard management.
  • Ability to supervise contract teams and manage risk assessments.
  • Proficient in using multiple IT systems.

Education:

  • Maths and English to at least Level 2; a Level 3 qualification in a technical subject or equivalent vocational experience preferred.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Technician qualification to Level 3 or above (or equivalent vocational experience).
  • Skill related CSCS Card
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE, APM, PMP) desirable.
  • Formal Health & Safety qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH) desirable.

Important Information:

  • Must be a UK National.
  • Will be required to undergo security clearance level SC before employment, with support from Strong Group during the interview stage.
