• Manage teams, including employees and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals.
• Oversee health & safety compliance on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven construction experience with a sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and team-building skills.
• Strong IT proficiency and organizational abilities.
• Valid CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and Fire Marshal certificates.
• A full UK driving license for travel between sites.
