Anderselite are hiring for a Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role involves travelling around Birmingham to manage multi-room and multi-storey projects. As a Site Manager, you will oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This position demands a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills to manage trades, coordinate schedules, and communicate effectively with clients and project teams.Skills:
Multi-room and multi-storey project management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of construction safety regulations
Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management
Attention to detail and quality control
Ability to travel and stay in digs as required
Motivating the workforceSoftware/Tools:
Project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
Construction management software (e.g., Procore, Fieldwire)
Standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)Certifications & Standards:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
First Aid certification
