This role is ideal for someone who is very experienced on site, has a good knowledge of building regulations and experience of writing up reports! If this sounds like you, please have a read below;Location: SouthamptonAre you an experienced Site Inspector or Building Surveyor with a passion for building safety? We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our clients growing development consultancy team!Key Responsibilities:Conducting façade and internal fire safety investigations and Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs)Preparing detailed technical reports with supporting photographsInspecting fire safety measures in new build and construction projectsEnsuring compliance with building regulations, NHBC standards, and high-quality construction standardsAbout You:Experience working on tall residential buildings, high-rise construction, façades, and combustible materialsStrong technical knowledge of building regulations and fire safetyQualified with a Level 6 construction qualification, HNC/HND, or a construction-related degreeIdeally, a member of one of the following professional bodies: RICS, CIOB, CABE, ICWCI, MIFireE, or equivalentArchitects and Technicians with site experience are also welcome to applyWhy Join Our Client?Be part of a dynamic, growing team with excellent career development opportunitiesOccasional visits to LondonA chance to make a real impact on building safety standardsIf you’re passionate about building safety and want to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
