Please see below for a detailed job description for the role.Main duties of the jobWe are looking for a strong leader and a highly motivated Sister/Charge nurse with excellent communication skills and a real passion for nursing to join our Trauma ward (F2). The role requires a close working relationship with the multi-professional team to ensure that evidenced based quality care is delivered with compassion to every patient. F2 is a 26 bedded trauma ward and we provide exemplary care to our patients during what can be a very stressful time. We deal with simple trauma through to complex poly trauma. We have a diverse workforce with a combination of staff who have been on F2 for many years as well as newly qualified staff just starting in their careers.
