The intersection of theory and practice will be explored. This is a credit/no credit course and will be taught online.Estimated TA support:Estimated course enrolment: 40Class schedule: TBDSessional dates of appointment: April 21, 2025 – August 15, 2025Appointment percentage: 0.5 FCESalary:Sessional Lecturer I – $9,457.90Sessional Lecturer I – Long Term – $9,930.79Sessional Lecturer II – $10,121.77Sessional Lecturer II – Long Term – $10,326.62Sessional Lecturer III – $10,362.76Sessional Lecturer III – Long Term – $10,570.02Minimum Qualifications: PhD preferred in a relevant area, or combination of relevant expertise and experience. Teaching experience in college or university setting is an asset.Description of duties: All duties associated with the design and teaching of a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of course content; development, administration, and marking of assignments, tests, and exams; calculation and submission of grades; holding regular office hours; supervising TAs assigned to the course, if applicable.
