We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our client’s team near Burlington, VT and help provide outstanding service to their valued customers.Responsibilities of the Service Technician will include:

• Receive and complete technical training at company locations and manufacturer training facilities.
• Independently service and maintain printers and multi-functional devices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues (print/scan).
• Update and maintain firmware and assist with software installations.
• Manage car stock inventory and maintain proper documentation.
• Efficiently handle service call assignments using mobile dispatch software.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external clients.

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Service Technician:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using company-provided technology, including laptops, smartphones, and software applications.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle with secure storage.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, and network connectivity.
