The Service Strategy team is responsible for identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to increase organisational effectiveness and efficiency through complex problem solving, cross-functional change efforts, end-to-end process transformation and strategic integration or divestitures.What you’ll be doing:

• Work as part of a team to define processes and solutions to solve strategic challenges
• Support project management activities, planning and governance
• Desk-based research to leverage industry expertise, benchmarks and insights to support strategy and business case creation
• Support basic data analysis and draw insights from the data
• Develop slides to support the story-telling and communications associated with key project stages
• Review existing processes and develop process maps for future state recommendations
• Contribute to change management activities
• Team collaboration activities such as townhalls and newsletters

• Currently completing or completed undergraduate degree
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• An eye for visual design and outstanding attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills
• Curious and innovative mentality and conceptual thinking
• Highly self-motivated and self-organized, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
• Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution
