The company are looking for an enthusiastic SEO executive to grow their team. In this hands-on role, you’ll get to work on a variety of tasks across a diverse client base. Reporting directly to the Founder, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your role along with the success of the business.Key skills will include experience with search engine optimisation, website auditing and content writing. Additional experience with SEO software such as Ahrefs or SEMrush would be highly beneficial.Main Ambition will provide training to help you constantly develop in your role and allocate time for you to complete any required courses and certifications needed to support your overall career development.As a growing company they want their team to grow in skill and ability as the business does, and look to reward team members that actively contribute to the growth of the business.Responsibilities:

• Supporting, troubleshooting and optimising existing client websites
• Completing SEO content and technical optimisation updates
• Configuration and management of website analytics using software including Google Analytics & Search Console, setting up tracking and conversion goals
• Help with ongoing maintenance clients
• Assist in creating content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Perform a variety of tasks related to search engine optimisation including keyword research, site auditing, performance optimisation, competitor research, a/b testing, copywriting, etc.
• Maintaining a high level knowledge of web design and advertising trends and developments
• Support the marketing team in administrative tasks as needed
• Liaising with founder, clients, and team
• Mentoring and advising junior team members and helping to foster a supportive, collaborative working environment
• Be engaging with high energy, self-starter, results-oriented, high attention to detail

Required SkillsThe ideal candidate must have good experience with:

• Creative skills and great appreciation of content design and copywriting.
• Producing engaging written content
• Data analysis and Google’s suite of analytics tools
• Must have the ability to multitask and meet project deadlines

Preferred Additional Skills

• Project management of large and small briefs, setting client expectations throughout the process
• Certifications in Google Analytics or other SEO services
