Whilst your level of post-qualified experience is important, your demonstrable client-management expertise of handling cases at the UKIPO and EUIPO is essential.You may have acquired such experience within a UK private practice, law firm or indeed in-house department, displaying sound judgement when advising clients, reflecting your own legal experience and commercial acumen. You should also possess strong academics, technical ability, and excellent communication skills, with an innate capacity to persuade and influence stakeholders at all levels.Previous experience of business development will be required, as this senior role will assist existing Partners to develop and strengthen existing client relationships.
