about this team
The Cart and Checkout Services team is a core pillar of lululemon’s technology organization, owning the platforms that enable fast, reliable, and scalable global e‑commerce checkout. This team tackles complex engineering challenges to deliver high-performing checkout experiences that directly impact revenue, guest satisfaction, and business growth.

As a senior leader you will be accountable for the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of critical initiatives, partnering closely with Product, Design, Architecture, and Business leaders. You are comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional level—setting direction, managing cross-team dependencies, and driving outcomes that directly impact the business.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $171,800 – 225,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
