In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across departments to ensure successful project implementation, drive process improvements, manage change effectively, and align technology solutions with business needs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement, coupled with a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.About the TeamThe Business Systems team sits within the Instacart Information Technology Department. We are dedicated to supporting critical business systems such as Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. We partner with other teams to ensure alignment across technical and business initiatives.About the Job

Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy . Currently, we are only hiring in the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.Offers may vary based on many factors, such as candidate experience and skills required for the role. Additionally, this role is eligible for a new hire equity grant as well as annual refresh grants. Please read more about our benefits offerings .For Canadian based candidates, the base pay ranges for a successful candidate are listed below.CAN$149,000—$166,000 USD
