In addition, the candidate will analyze the different implementation technologies to assist the technical development team and help them support their integration. As an expert, the candidate will work in collaboration with several stakeholders to identify, define and solve problems, optimize the changes that Media Solutions would like to make on Radio-Canada sites and applications regarding advertising.Responsibilities:Document business requirements, as well as create analysis for the integration of new products and technologies for the dev teamsEnsure the full execution of the integration of new products and technologies.Do QA when integrating new products and technologies, also when the dev teams are updating the sites/apps.Work in close collaboration with the teams responsible for the sites and apps to optimize our processes.Work closely with our external business partners to validate technical issues and implement updates (e.g. Google, Moat by Oracle, Triton, Third parties, etc.).Provide ongoing training for creative testing, debugging and any new technology that is integrated.Perform analyzes and present them to the dev teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvements.Work with the POs to determine the schedule and prioritization in line with the strategic priorities of the company.Works with product teams to assist in implementation new and maintenance existing ad technologies.Your profile:Qualifications:Post-secondary credentials in a similar fieldThree (3) to five (5) years of digital experience, with good knowledge and understanding of digital advertising and technical background including but not limited to IMA SDK, GPT and Ad Mob SDK useknowledge of both client side and server side ad delivery methodsSkills:Experience in advertising operations or in a technical support roleExperience with site architecture/applicationsKnowledge of HTML5, CSS, javascript, web and app programming concepts, and compliance with general Internet standards and standards established in the advertising industry (IAB)Knowledge of advertising platformsKnowledge of an ad server, such as GAM, Triton etc.Knowledge of video players, such as Android, IOS, JW, etc.Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and the Google suiteExperience in advertising coding, including but not limited to IMA SDK, GPT and Ad Mob SDK useExperience in problem solving related to digital advertising issuesExperience with AIExperience with bridging multiple APIs into an organized systemFully bilingual in French and EnglishAbility to multitask and adequately manage time and prioritiesGreat attention to detailAbility to work independently and interact with multiple teams at the same timeAbility to exercise judgment and make decisionsCommunication and writing skillsAbility to assimilate new technologies and adapt while continuing to learnGood judgment and sense of initiativeAbility to adapt to a constantly changing environment without losing sight of goalsCandidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.We thank all applicants for their interest, but only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.As part of our recruitment process, candidates who advance to the nextstep will be asked to complete a background check.
