This results in a digital way of working and requires a pro-active mind-set.the team you’ll be working withYou will be working with an experienced RPO Recruitment Team as a Senior Talent Advisor specialising in senior white collar positions such as finance and HR for the largest general insurance provider in the UK&I, our Aviva account. This role is hybrid with the expectation of being on site with the client two/three days a week to build stakeholder relationships.the expectations of this jobIn this role you will be responsible for stakeholder management and in charge of the recruitment process across a variety of white collar roles. You will provide a high class standard of client service and recruitment advice on their recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirement. You will have a sourcing team to support you in delivering against the SLA client expectations and going above the delivery model by demonstrating your ability to find outstanding talent to assist our client on their mission.responsibilities:

• Forming a clear picture of where the client’s organisation is within your specialised market, what the challenges are and what the future state will look like.
• Gathering market intelligence from market insights reports, internal and external sources and sharing with client and internal team.
• Building and analysing market knowledge, tooling and methods.
• Bringing internal insights and external market insights together to craft the Talent strategies with the clients.
• Optimising a wide variety of processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and to align with the priorities of the clients strategy.
• Leading conversations with clients, diagnosing problems, giving advice and developing solutions with support of Senior/Principal Talent Advisor colleagues and internal subject matter experts (e.g. operational excellence).
• Driving innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas.
• Partnering with the Sourcing Recruitment Business Partners and Talent Advisors globally to drive an excellent candidate experience.
• Utilisation of ATS ensuring compliance and program standards are met.
• Creating advanced reports for internal and external needs to craft client’s Talent Advisory strategy
