We’re looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our fantastic team at a beautiful venue. The property offers stunning, sustainable seafood in a rustic woodland setting on a 500-acre estate – an ideal place to escape city life and revitalize your career. Working in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen, you’ll be part of a hardworking and organized team. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range equipment, and with continuous investment into the department, it provides an excellent working environment. With events, working lunches, and a fun gourmet hot dog menu for our bar and room service, every day offers something new and exciting, with plenty of opportunities to learn!Career development for all chefs is a core focus for us. Here, you’ll have the chance to gain new skills and experience a wide variety of menus, restaurant styles, and sizes, all featuring the very best fresh ingredients. This is a unique opportunity for any chef looking to develop their career in a dynamic environment.We offer a salary package of over £46,805 per year (£43,305 basic, plus approximately £3,000-£3,500 per year in service charge) based on a 48-hour week.
