Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and work with Lead Portfolio Architect to conceptualize high-level solution designs, including technical trade-off analysis and comparisons.
  • Take the high-level conceptual solutions (HLCS) from the lead architect into detailed solution designs, working closely with System Architects and Product Owners from cross-functional teams to define and deliver System Interface Agreements (SIA).
  • Present detailed conceptual solutions and System Interface Agreements (SIA) to System Architects, gather technical assessments, and review and consolidate feedback for presentation to senior leadership.
  • Document comprehensive impact assessments for each system involved, ensuring clarity for System Architects and Product Owners regarding implementation responsibilities and requirements.
  • Provide support throughout Integration Testing and End-to-End (E2E) Testing phases, ensuring solution alignment and smooth cross-system collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of experience in low-level solution design, including hands-on creation of UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams such as swim lane diagrams, sequence diagrams, and use case diagrams. Strong experience in various software design patterns, programming languages, and architectural frameworks is crucial.
  • 3–4 years of experience with DevOps tools and automation frameworks, supporting smooth deployments and efficient system management.
  • 6–8 years of proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • 6–8 years of demonstrated knowledge in IT Infrastructure. Familiarity with computer networks, security management, and system administration. (OpenShift or other related tool)
  • 3–4 years of practical understanding and experience with ANY modern programming languages and their applications. Experience and knowledge in ServiceNow and Salesforce are crucial.
