You will be a joining our web community at Dashlane with the mission to improve the frontend experience for both our customers and developers.Location:You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with Tuesday being the company day, where we all collaborate in the office and have a company-sponsored meal, a department day for team bonding (will be Thursday for your department), and a third day at your choice. We offer relocation support (national and international).At Dashlane you will:

• Work very closely with web engineers and designers in a highly collaborative environment
• Become an active voice of the UX Architecture Group,
• Bring the long-term product vision to life by prototyping and testing UX patterns ahead of other engineers
• Play an active role in the Platform Engineering domain, contributing your expertise and ideas to shape the future of our web platform, with a particular focus on frontend engineering practices
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system
• Improve the performance of our frontend and make it adaptable to evolving business requirements and technical challenges
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to frontend best practices and coding standards
• Drive initiatives to improve engineering processes, code quality, and overall system reliability
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Assess and implement new tools and practices that can positively impact our frontend engineering practices
• Lead by example, promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and excellence within the engineering organization

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience working with React and JavaScript/TypeScript in SaaS environments
• 2+ years of experience driving the evolution and adoption of a design system
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture and best practices, including component libraries, design systems, and responsive design
• Experience working closely with UX/UI teams, turning designs into high-quality, performant code
• Deep understanding of web accessibility standards, including WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications), and other relevant guidelines
• Familiarity with W3C standards on design tokens
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English

• Track record of building and maintaining web products used by millions of users
• You approach all your work with systems and scalability in mind
