About JobgetherJobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Software Developer – Full-stack in Canada.As a Senior Full-stack Developer, you will work closely with the product team to design and develop high-quality web applications, driving innovation and improvements throughout the software lifecycle. This role provides the opportunity to take ownership of key features, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects and analysts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining enterprise-level .NET applications while ensuring best practices, code quality, and performance are met. The ideal candidate is a passionate C# and React developer with strong leadership skills and a desire to continuously improve both technically and as a team leader.Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise .NET web applications using .NET Framework, .NET 5, and React
- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and other developers throughout the software development life cycle
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues uncovered during testing or customer feedback
- Lead code reviews and ensure high-quality standards are maintained across the team
- Enhance system performance by recommending and implementing software improvements
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and improvement
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by introducing new technologies and processes
- Document work thoroughly, including technical specifications and user-facing documentation
- Conduct unit, integration, and component testing to ensure the software meets requirements and quality standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with .NET
- 2+ years of experience with SPA frameworks, particularly React
- Strong experience with version control software (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational database design and development
- Proven experience in web service integration using XML, SOAP, and REST technologies
- Familiarity with multi-tier architecture and system design
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in full life cycle software development, including design, development, and testing
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
