Your ability to prioritise, coordinate and adapt, will go hand in hand with this busy and lively service where no two days are the same.So, what does the role involve?

• Opportunity to become involved in court, Continuing Healthcare and adult safeguarding work.
• Supporting individuals to achieve their personal outcomes and working with unpaid carers as well as other statutory functions, such as adult safeguarding enquiries.
• Working with people over the age of 18 with physical and learning disabilities, older people and their families and unpaid carers
