Up to £60,000An exciting opportunity has opened for a Site Agent to join a well-established and fast-growing civil engineering contractor delivering key infrastructure works across Central London. The successful Site Agent will take ownership of day-to-day site operations on projects involving drainage, roads, and general civils packages.
We’re looking for a Site Agent who can confidently write RAMS from scratch, manage site teams effectively, and bring solid technical know-how to the job. You’ll report into the Project Manager and play a hands-on role in delivering works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This role suits a Site Agent with strong leadership skills, relevant tickets (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid etc.), and a track record of managing civils packages. The company has a strong culture of internal progression, with many current leaders having risen through the ranks.
The ideal Site Agent will be rewarded with a salary of £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development, regular social events, and clear pathways for promotion.
