In this role you will:

  • Partner with Sales leaders to develop and execute strategic hiring plans.
  • Build and implement creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify top talent through platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Focus on strategic talent engagement and pipeline building to enable the sales teams to hit their growth plans.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine recruiting strategies and influence hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and team goals.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by designing and executing impactful hiring programs.
  • Leverage market intelligence to stay competitive and innovative in attracting top-tier sales talent.
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional partners to streamline the hiring process and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Provide feedback and mentorship to peers, fostering a culture of learning and improvement in the recruitment team.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Proven experience recruiting for outbound sales roles in EMEA, preferably in a high growth scaling tech organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret hiring data and forecast recruitment needs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently engage with senior leadership.
  • Expertise in strategic talent acquisition, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Innovation mindset-you’re comfortable implementing new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting practices.
  • Experience mentoring and developing others, fostering a growth-oriented culture.
  • Ability to execute full-cycle recruiting processes, delivering results on time and meeting quality expectations.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Communication expertise to clearly articulate job expectations and engage with candidates and hiring teams seamlessly.
  • Experience leading recruitment in 2 or more European countries (UK, Germany, Benelux and France)

  • Deep understanding of talent market trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing outbound sourcing strategies in a competitive landscape.
