As a Senior RFP Specialist, you will have responsibility for completing and/or coordinating Request for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other external client-related requests.What are the ongoing responsibilities of the Senior RFP Specialist?Assists with completion of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and surveys.Ensures all appropriate approval/review steps have been completed and documented for each submission, with inputs from other RFP members, Product Management team and the Distribution team.Supports the update of existing content, distinguishing between opportunity-specific customization and generic content.Builds and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues and business partners.Develops understanding of external clients and their requirements, our investment products, and distribution and product management priorities.Reviews own work and submissions by other RFP Specialists, to ensure consistency with best practice guidelines, and that draft responses meet external client requirements and accurately positions the organization.Prioritises own workload to adhere to the project timeline, highlighting any challenges or resource constraints in advance.#LI-EURWhat qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?Experience writing RFPs within the Asset Management industryBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceStrong understanding of the Asset Management environment across institutional and retail channels with good knowledge of financial markets globallyUnderstanding of the range of products we offer such as equity, fixed income, real estate and alternativesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, plus experience of proofreadingAbility to interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders across the businessProficient with statistical information, able to understand data and use it to provide evidence in support of written statements.Meticulous attention to detail across all aspects of data, language and grammar, and general layout/presentationAble to manage multiple tasks and flexible/adaptable to allow you to adjust to changes in workflow and meet tight deadlinesGood MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are needed, with knowledge of Qvidan or other content databases being idealCFA designation (or working towards one) or IMC would be advantageous but not requiredOther European language a plusExperience our welcoming culture and reach your professional and personal potential!
