As our Senior Recruitment Partner – Digital, Data & Technology, you’ll take full ownership of recruitment strategies for key roles within these cutting-edge fields. You’ll play a crucial role in building proactive talent pipelines, driving innovative sourcing strategies, and partnering with senior stakeholders to attract and retain the best talent. This is an exciting opportunity to shape Screwfix’s employer brand in the tech community and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:
- Strategic Talent Pipeline: Collaborate with senior leaders to forecast future skill needs and build proactive talent pipelines for Digital, Data & Technology teams.
- Headhunting & Sourcing: Use your expertise in headhunting and diverse sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent, leveraging platforms, direct approaches, and recruitment campaigns.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of recruitment trends and provide valuable insights on candidate availability, market dynamics, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with senior leadership, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor to guide decision-making and hiring strategies.
- Employer Branding: Help shape and strengthen Screwfix’s brand within the tech/digital community, ensuring we’re the employer of choice for digital/ecomm and technology professionals.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional and seamless candidate journey that reflects our culture and values.
QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a senior recruitment or talent acquisition role with a focus on digital, data, or technology sectors.
- Experience as an expert in how best to leverage an ATS system with a keen interest of working with systems to build our current ATS system out.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and engaging with passive candidates for high-level and niche roles.
- Deep knowledge of Digital/ecomm/tech recruitment, with an understanding of how to attract that talent.
- Experience in strategic workforce planning and developing long-term talent pipelines.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building relationships at all levels.
- A data-driven approach to recruitment, with a focus on optimizing processes through analytics.
