Senior Recruitment Consultant â Remote (Ontario)

This role focuses on contract, consulting, and permanent placements across Accounting & Finance, HR, and Administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent placements
- Provide consultative support to employers, understanding their hiring needs
- Develop sourcing strategies and recruit top talent through various channels
- Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates to clients
- Negotiate offers and manage the placement process end-to-end
- Maintain ongoing communication with placed candidates and clients
- Track market trends and contribute to business development initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation of all recruiting activity
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a recruitment/search firm setting
- Proven success in both recruiting and client management/B2B sales
- Strong knowledge of the GTA job market
- University degree
- Outstanding communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal
- High energy, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Professional, polished, and relationship-driven approach
